7. Shipping: By sea or air, but for some destination it's economical to send small order via DHL.
8. Sampling time : Normally around 5-10 working days
9. Sample charges : USD20.00/PC for each design , and it will be refunded when client place the bulk order
Please kindly note that the sending charges for samples will always be at clients' account
10.Lead time : Normally around 5 weeks

1.Inquiry:(mail us) - offer - conversation / E mail - confirm the design - make a sample(5-10days) - send to client to confirm -
confirm the sample - deposit - production (30-45days) - make balance payment - Delivery - After service - Long Term cooperation.
For small order less than 500pcs, normally client email us a design , then we make the logo swatch and email photo for clients'
approval . In this way , it can save much time and cost .
